Please contact us by telephone first.

1. Please tell us the length of your stay, the number of guests, your budget, and your desired room type.
 We will search for a room that fits your needs.

2. Please tell us your name, phone number, company name and any other pertinent information. 

 

 

You can pay the prescribed rates through a bank transfer to an account specified by our company or by paying cash in person when you check in.

We will draw up the official contract upon receiving the payment.

If you wish to cancel the reservation for whatever reason after we have already received the payment, please contact us any time up until two days before the stay was to begin.

You will receive a full refund for payments submitted if you cancel up until two days before the stay was to begin. (A cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations that occur within two days of the planned stay.)

 

 

After explaining rules and regulations to you at the Front Desk on the first floor, our staff will show you to your room.

Please ask the staff if there is anything you are unclear about or want to have explained again.

 

 

In principle, we ask that you check out by 10:00 a.m. on the morning of the last day of the contract.

At that time, we ask that you return your room key in person to one of our staff.
There is no need for you to do any cleaning or pay for cleaning upon departure from your room.

However, there are instances where we will request a cleaning fee or compensation depending on the state of the room or for damage or loss to the furniture.
